Menu Plan Monday- Week of April 5, 2010



Still feel like I am in recovery mode...didn't even get to a menu plan last week, but hey, its still Monday and here I am..posting my menu plan...go me!


This is how our week will look:

Breakfasts: Oatmeal, Granola w/ Milk, Eggs & Toast

Lunches: Leftovers, Egg Salad Sandwiches

Snacks: Granola, Yogurt and a touch of Agave, Fruit, Veggies, Smoothies

Dinners:

Monday: French Ham and Leek Shepherd's Pie

Tuesday: Roasted Chicken w/ Stuffing, and lots and lots of veggies....

Wednesday: Spaghetti w/ Garlic Bread

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Easy Garlic BroiledChicken Thighs, Cous Cous and Broccoli

Saturday: Zuppa Toscana- (SUB out boullion and water for Chicken Stock) will be using Chard instead of Kale

Sunday: Pot Roast with Dijon Glazed Carrots, and rice
