This week, I am starting the menu plan out by ordering pizza tonight...
of course,
this is just a technique I use so I can have time complete my menu planning... right?
(my daughter is helping me right now
by looking in the fridge and telling me what vegetables we have left over...
"We have peanut butter still,"
"No Lily, peanut butter is not vegetable."
"ok, then,we have beans and eggs and broccoli and chicken..."

Well, that should make for great vegetarian meals:)
Looks like our next 52 Week Preschool lesson
will be telling the difference between vegetables
and anything else that is edible.

Breakfasts: Oatmeal Bake w/ frozen berries,Baked Pancake, Eggs & Toast
Lunches: Leftovers, Mac N Cheese, Chicken Salad
Snacks: I just stumbled upon the Family Fun Healthy Snacks...I'm going to try some of these
Dinners:
Monday- Pizza...I know I know....
Tuesday- Ham and Leek Shepard's Pie
Wednesday- Bean Soup with Kale
Thursday- Chicken Pot Pie served with String Beans
Friday- Strawberry Broco-Flower Salad w/ Grilled Chicken
Saturday- Spinach and Potato Frittata uses Green Onions
Sunday- Slow Cooker Island Beef served over brown rice
