This week was great in that we stuck to the menu plan,
and everything turned out pretty good!
We also made these Winter Energy Cookies and really enjoyed them!
I would highly recommend that you put them on your 'healthi-er' cookie recipe list.
We are still trying to incorporate more fish into our diet...so stay tuned for many fish recipes!

I want to have another go at these English Muffins which I completely messed up the last time I tried them. I could tell (even though I messed up) that the flavor and great taste was there.

Wednesday: Summer Fish Tacos- using Florida Mahi Mahi {Also uses Cabbage}
Thursday: Split Pea Soup
Saturday: Grilled Salmon w/ Grilled Veggies and Rice
