Menu Plan Monday- Week of July 5, 2010

Just realized this is my 50th menu plan post !! Wow, thinking back as to how my organizational kitchen life has changed since doing these! MY weeks always seem to go better when I know I have all of the ingredients to make all of these meals! I may not get to all of them, or do them in this exact order, but at least its a great guideline!!

Here is the list of produce we will be receiving this Tuesday. I am trying to make up my menu plan early so I can do all of my food shopping this weekend!

Baby Bok Choy

Carrots

Cauliflower

Cucumber

Lacinato Kale

Romaine Lettuce

Yellow Onions

Snap Peas

Russet Potatoes

Baby Spinach

Cantaloupe

Green Seedless Grapes

Yellow Nectarines

White Peaches

Bananas

Fruit Share: Raspberries, Blackberries, Honeydew and Pineapple!


Here is this weeks menu plan:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal Bake w/ frozen berries, Baked Pancake, Eggs & Toast,

Lunches: Leftovers, Egg Salad Sandwiches

Snacks: Veggies, Fruit, Kefir Smoothies, Playgroup Granola Bars

Dinners:

Monday: Teriyaki Steak w/ Braised Bok Choy and rice

Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie

Wednesday: Sausage, Kale and White Bean Soup

Thursday: Asian Pork Tenderloin with snap peas and rice pilaf

Friday: Pizza (Break from Cooking!)

Saturday: Chicken over Romaine Lettuce w/ Carrots, Tomatoes and Cucumbers

Sunday: Beef and Spinach Curry with rice
