Menu Plan Monday- Week of September 5, 2011


This past week was a great menu plan! We especially loved this recipe which I added in since I had so much leftover ham:

I can't recommend this recipe enough..if you don't eat pork,
you can always substitute the ham for chicken.
I also cooked up collard greens and added it to the top of the soup
which ended up tasting like it should have always been there.
