Menu Plan Monday



Here is this weeks menu:

Monday:
Breakfast: Eggs & Toast
Lunch: Curry Chicken salad w/ grapes
Dinner: Turkey Chili w/ Homemade Corn bread

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Smoothies & Muffins
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Healthified Mexican Pasta Skillet

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muesli
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole

Thursday:
Breakfast: Eggs & Toast
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Homemade Pizza w/ pineapple , green pepper and onions (vegetarian)

Friday:
Breakfast: Kefir Pancakes (yup, their good) Recipe to come on Wednesday
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Vegetable Masala...but I'm adding chicken this time.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Waffles
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Dinner: Burgers, Corn on the Cob & pasta salad

Sunday:
Breakfast: Egg & Ham Sandwiches
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Spaghetti w/ Garlic Bread & Broccoli

Snacks: Smoothies, Fruit, Nuts, Raisins, Carrots, Yogurt, Granola, Cheese

That's it for this week! My produce buying club doesn't start till next month, so I'm just going to buy regular veggies this week.
